Our showroom opening hours can be found on the contact page on the website, but are currently Wednesday – Friday 10am – 4pm and then on a Saturday morning from 9am -1pm. We can of course try to accommodate other times if you can’t get in when we are already open, so do just give us a call and we’ll try our best to get someone there to meet you so you can browse our samples at a time to suit you.
All our installation work comes with a piece of mind 12 month warranty, so on the rare occasion you might experience an issue with your flooring please do let us know and we’ll get over to rectify the situation as soon as we can. This is on top of the manufacturer warranties that the companies we supply offer – this will vary depending on product so do ask if you need any further clarification on this.
Don’t worry. We understand that all of our customers have different needs and if getting into the showroom to see the samples is difficult, we can bring them to you in the comfort of your own home.
