What is your returns policy?

If you need to return any items to us please contact us for a returns code within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Any returned goods must be unused and in "as new" condition. Please ensure any goods being returned are packaged adequately, unfortunately any items received damaged or not packaged correctly will not be accepted. In all situations, excluding when there is a manufacturing fault, the customer is liable for the cost of returning any items to us and we recommend you use a tracking service for any returns.

Can I order and collect for free?

Any orders can be collected for free from our Bramley showroom. Please select this option at checkout. We will contact you once your delivery is ready to collect.

When can I expect to receive my delivery?

The delivery times are different for most of our products. Items we hold in stock will be delivered in 3-5 working days. Please check the product pages for more specific delivery timeframes. If you do need any items urgently please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

My order is damaged what should I do?

If you notice that your order is damaged on first inspection please ensure that you note it down on your paperwork with the courier so that we can follow this up with them. Please contact us too as soon as you can detailing the damage and we will contact the courier to get the matter resolved.

What are your delivery terms?

We offer free delivery on all orders over £600. Delivery charges will apply for any order less than this, please check individual product pages for specific delivery times. Accessories ordered may incur an additional delivery charge as they sometimes come from a different supplier. All final delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout.

Can I order free samples?

We can order free samples to be delivered to you for most of our products. If you would like to order a sample please contact us via our enquiry form on the contact us page or give us a call.

What warranty do you offer on the products you sell?

All of our products come with a manufacturer warranty, this differs depending on the product so do please check on the individual product page. If you are having your flooring installed by us too then we also offer 12 months warranty on the installation. If you do have any problems with your flooring after it has been installed please get in touch as soon as possible so we can rectify any issues.

How do I place an order?

Some of our products can be ordered by adding directly to your basket and using the online checkout, other products can only be ordered over the phone. Please check the details on the product page, if you still can’t find the information that you require please drop us an email or give us a call.

I would like to cancel my order.

Orders can only be cancelled in the first 7 days so please contact us at sales@bestofflooring.co.uk as soon as possible after making the order. Orders already dispatched can be returned to us for a full refund (excluding delivery costs) providing they were cancelled within the 7 days, but any return costs are to be paid by the customer.

I would like to amend my order.

If you need to change your order then you must contact us as soon as possible as once the order has already been processed it will not be amendable - please drop an email to sales@bestofflooring.co.uk or call us on 01256 810327.
